Our Story
Diversify One was founded by former co-workers in the insurance industry who frequently spoke about the lack of diverse suppliers in the claims management space and frankly in all facets of the insurance industry.
We first started by connecting diverse suppliers in our sphere with insurance buyers, one client at a time. While there were some small wins, what we came to realize was that no matter how outstanding the service delivery appeared; over the years very few of the diverse suppliers we connected were able to scale their businesses because of those relationships.
As our passion to make a difference grew, we continued discussing what needed to occur to enhance supplier diversity results and who was going to do it. So, why not us? Our experiences have landed us here with Diversity One.
We are poised and even more passionate about doing our part to usher the insurance industry and diverse suppliers into a new more diverse, more inclusive and more equitable insurance industry.
